-Monday-Friday (7:30 – 16:30)
-Saturday (7:30-16:30) off once per month
Salary Range: Gross 1,000 – 1,300 USD monthly
Allowance(s): Transportation / Responsibility / Housing  
Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus / Performance bonus once a year
Benefit(s): Governed under VN law

JOB DUTIES
Report directly to Purchasing Director
Main Tasks:
-Work with suppliers to determine product availability, price and delivery schedule
-Prepare and process requisitions and POs for supplies and equipment
-Control purchasing department budgets and maintain records of goods ordered and received
-Work closely with other departments to ask for cooperation, negotiation and explanation on relevant matters such as PO claims and contracts for conformance to company policy
-Oversee new buyers training


JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must:
-Gender: Male
-Age: 30
-Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
-Language Skills: Japanese proficiency at least N2 and can communicate in English 
-Have managerial working experience in manufacturing plant
-Have leadership capability
-Understand the mechanism of manufacturing plant and related operations
-Able to communicate well with suppliers, other departments and other Japanese management board
