<Job Responsibilities>
- In charge of work related to recruitment.
- Training new employees on internal rules and company policies.
- Manage employee profile, employment contracts, notifications.
- Support the timekeeping, payroll for employees monthly.
- Implement procedures for 24h insurance compensation for employees.
- Report to social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance as prescribed.
- Periodic human resource reports and related reports.
- And the work as directed by superiors.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Female only.
- Age: 25 - 29.
- Qualification: University Degree.
- Languages: Business level in English.
- Experiences: Candidates with experience from 4 years.
- Proficient in office computers, social insurance software.
- Dynamic, careful and accurate, timely at work.
- There is a spirit of cooperation and high responsibility.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Priority to know more Japanese, know how to use HR software.
