Salary Range: 1000-1200 USD gross per month 
Allowance(s): Special allowance for TOEIC and Japanese (JLPT) certifications

JOB DUTIES
Report to Japanese Division Manager
Main Tasks:
-Support and make sure the communication between Vietnam and Japan teams should be conducted smoothly.
-Hand on the requirement and problem, etc.
-To communicate with Japanese.
-To do the project management like progress management, etc, as PM.
-Willing to travel in Japan more than 3 months. 


JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must:
-Gender: Any
-Age: Any
-Qualification: Bachelor Degree
-Language Skills: Very good Japanese communication skills (equivalent to N3 at least)
-Can read and write Japanese documents
-Will be considered to assign to project leader or project assistant leader position if Japanese skill is lower than N2 but higher than N3, and has very good skills in project management
-Must have software development experience: from Detail Design to Unit Test is indispensable.
-Having project management experience like as progress management, project management, Quality management etc...
-Development language: C#
-Development tools: Oracle forms (preferable), Linux (if you has experience of Red Hat, it will be an advantage.)
-Database: Oracle DB
-Experience of Development Processes in at least: Detail Design, Coding, and Unit Test.
-Management skill: Progress management, Project management, Quality management, etc
-Good interpersonal & teamwork skill, and take the Leadership.
-Having sense of responsibility.
-Capability for problem-solving.
-Able to work under high pressure.
-Willing to take business trip to Japan more than 3 months
