Work Time:
-Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) (1-hour break for lunch)
Salary Range: Up to Gross 1700-2300 USD per month 
Allowance(s): Special allowance for TOEIC and Japanese (JLPT) certificates (up to $300/ month excluded salary) / Birthday allowance
Bonus and Incentives: 13th month salary / Performance bonus up to 2 months

JOB DUTIES
Report to Japanese Division Manager
Main Tasks:
1.Management 
-Provide supervision to the team of developers in Application/ Web Development 
-Focus is on mentoring, coaching, coordination as well as providing technical leadership. 
-Manage the project budget estimations / cost management
-Negotiation with customers 
-Manage the project to ensure that it is completed within stipulated timeline while ensuring that work done meets the necessary requirements and quality.
2.Technical 
-Lead teams in the planning, designing and development of software applications or specialized utility programs / network and/or hardware environment that will enhance the organization's/clients’ ability to achieve strategic goals and targets.
-Develop business continuity plan and framework


JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must:
-Gender & Age: Any
-Qualification: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer-related field.
-Language Skills: Excellent Japanese fluency in writing, speaking and comprehension skills
-Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience as a Software/IT Project Manager in an IT company.
-Strong knowledge in C++ and Java for web development
-Excellent leadership skills to guide the project team through the phases of multiple-scale projects based on multiple technology platforms
