-Monday-Friday (8AM – 5PM)
Salary Range: Negotiable
Allowance(s): Special allowance for TOEIC and Japanese (JLPT) certificates (up to $300/ month excluded salary) / Birthday allowance
Bonus and Incentives: 13th month salary / Performance bonus up to 2 months

JOB DUTIES
Report to Vietnamese Project Leader and Japanese Manager
Main Tasks:
-Join some parts or full life cycle of software development
-Create design specifications independently
-Create systems design with instruction from Project Leader
-Do implementation as well as conducting review for others
-Provide technical guide, proper instruction to low level members
-Coach lower level staffs technical works
-Willing to take business trip or work overseas
-Other assignments from Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must:
-Gender & Age: Any
-Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology
-Language Skills: Good command of Japanese (N3 or higher) and/or English (TOEIC 700 or higher)
-At least 5+ years of hands-on software development experience in a software company.
-Experience as Team Leader (more than 2 years) with team management skill (managed at least 5 members)
-Experience in making specification such as design, test specifications, system test.
-Experience in leading a development team would be an advantage
-Excellent in logical thinking
-Keen to learn the new things in work
-Strong leadership and problem solving skills, concentration, pro-active and independent
-Good interpersonal & teamwork skill
-Able to work under high pressure
