<Job Responsibilities>
• Maintain and control expansion strategy.
• Maintain global store development standards and branding in local market, provide guidance and training to internal and external parties. Refine and improve work processes and standardization with all departments.
• Manage store leasing work through all phases, from feasibility study of projects till the hand over to the store operation team. Work closely with different department, to meet company requirements and opening target.
• Develop Store network and lead the negotiation & coordination with landlord, land owner and other major real estate group for lease space, leasing fee, lease agreement, and basic store layout
• Cooperate with Store Design team and mediate with landlord since hand over date from landlord until store opening, ensure handover conditions to be met timely.
• Work together with design team to Develop documents and obtain all necessary permits in a timely manner.
• Supervise and manage the project management to meet building code requirements and quality control.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Qualification: University graduates in relevant fields of economics, business.
・Language Skills: Business level in English.
・Gender: Any.
・Age: 30 - 40.
・Experiences:
- Store development leasing experience: 5 years and above.
- Knowledge and experience in real estate management: 5 years and above.
- Experience in Alliance, networking and negotiation.
• Project management, construction quality / schedule / budget management.
• Knowledge and experience in construction regulation, bidding process, contract management
• Analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
• Candidates with commercial / retail background is a plus.
