RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Manufacturing Manager responsible for Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Assurance and Purchasing.
•Specification, layout, and start-up of new production equipment
•Facilities design, construction, and utilities distribution
•Establishment of time studies, labor routings and process flows
•Scrap reduction and energy conservation programs
•Facilities maintenance engineering.
•Manages plant and facility managers at manufacturing facilities to ensure that production results are achieved within established benchmarks.
•Ensures inventory and shipping/receiving functions at the manufacturing facilities are operating at levels which meet customers’ needs and established financial benchmarks.
•Ensures standards for product quality, equipment, and operator performance are maintained and that cost-effective technology is used to maximize production.
•Initiates and coordinates major projects (e.g. plant layout changes, installation of capital equipment, major repairs, etc.). Ensures fixed assets are preserved. Gives recommendations on purchases of new equipment and improvements to plant property.
•Develops, monitors, and reports on operating costs within functional areas. Recommendation and implementing solutions related to same.
•Stays abreast on information and technology affecting functional areas to increase innovation and ensure compliance.
•Formulates and recommends manufacturing policies and programs which guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and the profitability of the operations.
EDUCATION:- Engineer level
- Graduated from the university of Technical, Engineering
- Major: Mechanical or Electrical engineering
