JOB DESCRIPTION:
Receive documentation, check and send to General Director sign in.
Coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangement to GD. Take minute.
Arrange & record working schedule of GD.
Photocopy, scan, print document.
Assist in translating documentation.
Organization and support of communication between GD and other dept/customers.
Pick up letters, magazine, visitors and transfer to MD.
Prepare reports, presentation and other necessary documents.
Drafting letters, mailing to dept/ customer.
REQUIREMENTS:
Good appearance
Japanese: N3 above
English: Communication fluently
Eexperience in Secretary or Assistant to GD
University Degree
Good communication
Proficient in MS Office application (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
