業務内容
Duties/ Responsibilities■Provide the Training course to Vietnamese who are working at the Japanese manufacturing companies.
- For who: Vietnamese staff who will be the leader and manager near in the future
- What: Leadership, basic communication, Hou ren sou, Kaizen, 5S, Management, KPI and so on
- How much: 1200USD/Day, 3~5 program a month
●Preparation for the lecture: discuss with the sales, pick up and arrange the texit and contents
●Lecture: facilitate the training course as the trainer, give the advise to the students to learn more deeply
●Feedback: Get the result of the test, make the report for one by one
*more than 6 days in a month, it will be paied the comission 100USD/day
*3 months training in Hanoi will be provided
*Company structure: Hanoi- Japanese Director, 3 trainer, 3 administration HCMC- Japanese branch manager, 1 trainer, 1 administration【必須となる]
