PM(Offshore in Hanoi)

 
Duties/ Responsibilities■ Duties / Responsibilities 
-Control Vietnamese engineers and project schedule, cost and the quality.
-Develop the product.
-Transfer the questions and requirements from Vietnamese developers to Japanese staffs 
-Manage the project while closely communicating with Japan side.
-Other duties as assigned.
* start as BSE,and be the PM within a year


 


Necessary
skill/experience ■More than 5 years experience on Software development
■Have the experience as a leader or a manager
■Good at Japanese communication (Around N2 level, because they have to coordinate with Japanese management on the phone)
