App development team leader

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Deploy the iOS/Android platform projects
Analyze requirements
Discuss and create design specifications and create systems design
Manage 2-3 Sub leader / BSE / Tester
Do implementation as well as conducting review for others
Provide technical guide, proper instruction to low level members
 
REQUIREMENTS:

Mastering programming language Java, knowledge of Android SDK and NDK
Mastering programming language C/C++, Objective C., iOS SDK
General knowledge of OOP, Design patterns
At least 5 year experience developing mobile application on iOS hoặc Android
At least 2 year experience Team management
Experience working on Web services (using JSON, REST, SOAP)
English skills to read the specifications
Reading/writing technical documentation and good communication in English OR Japanese.
Experience using database administrator system such as MySQL, SQL Server.
Proactive and high sense of responsibility, willing to learn, hardworking.
Can be flexible working time arrangements that ensure progress partner required.
Priority for candidates to work in Japan or have experience working with Japanese partners.
