<Job Responsibilities>
1. General Affairs
- Corporate Planning: Business plan, re-plan, Forecast
- General Affairs: VIP service, Golf membership, Tet gift, Company Excursion, Year End party, Car Management, Work Permit, Residence Permit, Visa, online newspaper subscription
- Support to GD’s Secretary work
2. HR:
- Arrangement of HR events, gatherings, staff’s recognition, induction sessions, university program
- Support of recruitment and training activities
- Outsourcing staff management
- HR reports
3. Other tasks as requested.
<Necessary Skills / Experience>
- Gender: Any.
- Age: 25 - 30 years old.
- Qualification: University or College graduate.
- Language: Business in English.
- Experiences: 1 year experience or more in Admin and/or HR
- Strong will to learn new things
- Proactive with “can do” attitude and determined to the goals set
- Passionate to work in a challenging business environment
- Good teamwork spirit and interpersonal skills.
- Computer skills (word, excel, power point).
<Preferable Skills / Experience>
- Have good command of Japanese (preferable)
