Japanese Speaking – General Manager - Logistics

<Products: International shipping service (Air/Ocean Freight), Domestic delivery, Warehousing>
<Clients: Japanese/ Vietnamese / Western any company>
<Saturday Working: 2 times per month (08:00 - 12:00)>

<Job Responsibilities>
・Manage all divisions; Sales, Trucking, Shipping Operation, Warehouse, Supply Chain and etc.
・Business management; including customer satisfaction, credit, quality of service and etc.
・Visit client office/ factory to sale as a Playing Manager
・Instruct to each division’s Vietnamese leaders
・Manage shipping status (to prevent delays and non-delivery), if it happens, analyze the cause and make solutions
・Check amount of orders received from existing customers. If the order volume is decreasing, consider what is the factor
・Train Japanese business manners for Vietnamese leaders/ staffs
・Expected position to be a Branch Manager in the future

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Qualification: College Diploma
・Language Skills: Japanese Business Level
・Gender: Male only
・Age: 30-45
・At least 7 years’ working experience of some positions (Sales, Warehouse Management, Import-Export and etc.) at Logistics company
・General logistics knowledge
・3+ years’ Manager experience
・Management experience of subordinates over 30 people
