<Job Responsibilities>
・Sales activity for existing clients.
・Discuss with clients, make quotations, take order from clients, manage production and make delivery.
・Develop strategy when consulting with manager.
・Follow manager. Other tasks assigned by the manager.
・Other: This position requires business trips (around 2 times per week) to factories or to field (where they make the fiber)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor Degree
・Age: 25-35 years old
・Gender: Any
・Language: English Business level (using with client and internally)
・Experience: At least 3 years experience as sales staff in manufacturing or trading companies.
<Personality>
・Honest people
・Can do team work
・Have logical thinking
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Japanese skill
・Have ability to introduce products after hearing clients' needs.
・Have experience working in Japanese companies
・Selling products being textile products (fiber, threads, fabrics, sewn products,...)

・Interview round: 2-3 face to face rounds
・Interviewer:
- 1st round: Japanese Manager, Vietnamese Sales Staff
- 2nd round: Japanese General Director, Vietnamese HR
- 3rd round: Japanese General Director (Mainly talk about offer conditions)
