Japanese speaking - Production Assistant Manager - Manufacturing

<Products: Different types of Gaskets, PTFE Gaskets and Urethane Packing >
<Clients: Japanese companies- which are company's subsidiaries >
<Working time: From Monday - Saturday >

<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage production orders and delivery time of products orders.
- Make plan for production and manage production
- Manage warehouse import and export
- Training for subordinates
- Thoroughly implement 5S issues in the factory
- Prepare monthly report
- Manage to ensure quality of products in the manufacturing plant
- Build up monthly material, packed goods, ... purchasing estimation and plan
- Other tasks as assigned by Managers


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age: 28-40. Gender: Male only
- Education: College Diploma in Mechanical
- Language: Japanese Conversational level- equivalent to N3 level upward (need at least N3 certificate)
- Experience:
+ At least 3 years working experience at Production Assistant Manager position in Mechanical, Electrics or Electronic Industry
+ Work at Japanese company
- Have abilities to build processes, guidelines, and standards for production;
- Skills:
+ Good at Microsoft Office
+ Good teamwork and individual working skill
+ Seriously understand and apply 5S and Horenso effectively in working
+ Good ability to make report for meeting
+ Good management skill

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Living in Hai Duong

<Schedule>
2 rounds ( lasts for 1 - 2 weeks depends on Japanese GM's schedule)
