<Job Responsibilities>
1. Network Development strategy planning & manage new dealer appointment.
- Make future development plan, Create priorities by analyzing market volume/share etc.
- Candidate evaluation & appointment
- Establishment progress management
2. New CI VI application planning & managing projects
- Make policies to control CI VI implementation
- Implementation progress management
3. Manager Dealership performance evaluation system
- Improve performance evaluation system
- Take lead of internal & external coordination for existing dealer improvement (recovery plan, termination etc.)
4. Leading Network related internal & external coordination
- DA renewal, VAMA & AMEC Report improvement, Periodical Dealer Meeting etc.
5. Development of subordinates
- Supporting staff to work & develop their job, creating the working environment constructively & supportively
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education: University in automobile/technical major.
- Gender: Any.
- Age: 30 - 40.
- Language: Business level in English.
- Experience: 7 - 8 years experience working in Dealership development job.
- Knowledge & Skill:
Interpersonal and communication skills;
Leadership skill;
Instructing-training skill.
