<Job Responsibilities>
- Translate documents, news releases etc. from JP to English and Vietnamese.
- Communicating with outsource company for accounting task.
-Communicating with JPHQ for accounting task.
- Deal with tax investigation
- Administrative control of Shopping Malls in ASEAN countries (Indonesia, Cambodia, Myanmar etc.) and correcting data of such as sales, Number of visitors for weekly and monthly report.
- Document preparation / manual preparation
- Arrange schedule for Japanese Manager
- Once per 3months business trip (Hanoi and Asean countries)
- Supporting to issue Visa/ work permit.
- Supporting office activity.
- Other tasks requested by Japanese Manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Qualifications: Bachelor
- Language: Japanese Business Level (N1-N2)
English Business Level (TOEIC800 or IELT 6.5)

- Gender : Female only
-Age: 22-33
- Be able to Interpret and translate (EN↔VN↔JP)
- At least 1 years’ experience as GA, HR and accounting staff in any industry.
- Have knowledge of B/S, C/F.
- Be able to use Excel, Word ,PPT
- - Willing to go to business trip overseas once per 3 months (Hanoi and Asean countries) * Single is prefer
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
-Have experience of translating EN↔VN↔JP
-Have knowledge of IT system.
