<Job Responsibilities>
*Managed condominium is in District 7, HCMC
・General inspection and maintenance for all facility
・Manage technical team’s members
・If need, arrange contractor, repairing company of gas/ electrical/ water pipe
・Request to purchase necessary equipment, parts
・Give training to members, such as technical skill, manner
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Qualification: College Diploma
・Language Skills: English Business Level
・Gender: Any
・Age: 27-35
・At least 3 years’ Building Maintenance Engineer at condominium management company (Savills, CBRE and etc.)
・Condominium should be more than 500 houses.
・More than 10 people Management exp. as chief maintenance engineer.
・Have knowledge of operation and maintenance of all equipment and system in condominium
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Bachelor degree of Electric, Automation, or Mechanical engineer
・5 years or more over working experience at condominium management company
