<Job Responsibilities>
- Allocate assignments of department, arrange resources reasonably to achieve targets fluently and effectively
+ Allocate personnels, supervise allocation between groups to take advantage of it
+ Approve, adjust shift schedule reasonably for control
+ Approve trucks, forklift schedules to optimize the warehouse operation
+ Monitor, urge the repair of forklifts, trucks timely to ensure warehouse operation
- Organize department activities
+ Manage data of out- in-inventory of products accurately and timely according to company rules & regulations
+ Manage effectively in warehouse to ensure the damage rate within allowed limits
+ Periodically recount products in warehouse to ensure proper data
+ Clean up warehouse, products, perform labor safety and firefighting and explosion prevention
+ Make management report, report periodical works in warehouse functions and unexpected reports as requested by BOD
- Training, coaching employees daily and periodically
+ Training periodically according to schedule registered with HR
+ Training, supervising management to train new employees before singing contract
- Manage department HR
+ Establish a system of process, procedures and work instructions for employees
+ Control the operating costs of the department
+ Develop, carry out, evaluate working efficiency (KPI) for each employee
+ Develop back-up, inheritance team of employees
- Approve hardcopy documents, on ERP, control reporting, support and guide staffs to correct, prevent problems in operation warehouse as well as research and amend in accordance with process
+ Approve hardcopy documents quickly and accomplish within 2 hours since receiving it
+ Approve documents on ERP, delete documents when receiving requests from related teams
+ Monitor monthly reports from FG, paper, materials submitted to ACC a requested
* Other tasks:
- Perform other tasks when requested by factory manager, BOD
- Support controlling and urge to take periodical inventory
- Supervise, training directly employees in special case to ensure the progress as expected
- Monitor the progress of works with timeline to issue products to reduce overtime without expectation, work with production plan, Purchasing, Logistic
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Qualifications: Associate Degree
- Language Skill: English (Can read, understand and write English report, do not need to speak English well)
- Age: 40 - 50
- Gender: Male Only
- Experience: At least 3 - 5 year experience as a Warehouse Manager
- Computer skills: Good at MS Word, Excel
