<Job Responsibilities>
- Control all dangerous and risky factors in Occupational Safety and Hygiene and in Fire Protection
- Manage documents of Labor Environment and Labor Safety according to laws and regulations
- Make reports of Labor Safety and Hygiene periodically and submit to Government
- Periodically check status of staffs using labor protective equipment
- Build up rules and regulations for Labor Safety and Hygiene, Labor Environment
- Process training for Labor Safety and Hygiene, Fire Protection for all staffs according to the law
- Make reports for inside and outside work's accidents investigation and analysis if there are any happen
- Manage and accredit all devices which have strict requirements of safety
- Cooperate with other departments of the factory to conduct 5S
- Do other tasks as assigned from Manager


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age: 25- 35. Gender: Any
- Education: From Bachelor Degree, major in Labor Safety and Hygiene or in Engineering
- Experience: Work in the same position, at least from 1 year (for those who graduated from Labor Safety and Hygiene), and 3 years (for those who graduated from Engineering)
- Knowledge and Skills:
+ Well acknowledgeable and updated of Labor Safety and Hygiene laws, Fire Protection and other related standards
+ Good and active searching and updating skills: Know where and how to get updated and correct information related to Labor Safety and Hygiene and Fire Protection laws and regulations
+ Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Characteristics:
+ Be highly responsible; willing to learn
+ Be detail- oriented, active and creative
- Live in Hung Yen

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have working experience in Japanese Manufacturing companies
- Can communicate well in English and Japanese

<Interview schedule>
2 rounds:
- Round 1: Test
- Round 2: Interview with Dept Manager & HR
