<Job Responsibilities>
- Looking for new customers, taking care of old customers according to sales routes and assigned areas.
- Introducing, consulting and explaining product features to customers and consumers.
- Convincing customers to buy goods, to open selling points upon request.
- Records tracking success in direct sales of an engineering construction product or architecture
- Approach to existing and potential speculators in the product specification [sales B to B, B to C]
- Develop and make effective sales presentations to potential speculators.
- Responsible for sales targets.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 3 years working experience for Paint Company or in Construction/ Steel Structure/ Chemical
- Language: English business level
- College/University degree of Commerce, Construction, Business Administration, Chemical.
- Gender Male, Age: 25-35
- Technical capability in construction methods and standards, including: specifications, materials selection process and construction stage (knowledgeable about Coating industry products)
- Highly motivated ,creative thinking, active and willing to go on business trips for days
- Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge about MS appication (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
