<Job Responsibilities>
Reporting to Secretary team – the team consists of one Japanese and one Vietnamese.
- Arranging and coordinating internal and external meeting for lawyers;
- Arranging and booking meeting room, air ticket, restaurant for business purpose;
- Arranging and managing Company car schedule and driver;
- Support simple accounting task(petty cash and making report on petty cash payment )
- General admin work as assigned; and
- Preparing and translating necessary document as required.
- Assigned by other tasks by Line Manager
<Hiring Schedule>URGENT
- Expected 1st interview date : 4-5 days after submittal
- How many round interview : 2-3 times
- Expect joining day : Early or Middle December(at least by 15th Dec)
<Necessary requirement>
・Bachelor Degree
・Gender: Female preferred
・Age: 24 - 28 years old
・Having around 2 years experience as a Secretary, Lawyer Assistant, Admin in law firm or consulting, finance industry
・Language: English Upper Business level (communicate verbally and in writing by emails)
・Accept for 6 month contract first
