Japanese Speaking – Sales Leader - Manufacturing

<Products: Packaging materials. Carrier tape for semiconductor and micro miniature part>
<Clients: Embossment manufacturing company in ASEAN area. Japanese/ Korean/ Western/ Taiwanese company>
<Saturday Working: No>

<Job Responsibilities>
*Company was established in 2020
*Factory will be started operation in Feb, 2021

・Develop new clients in Vietnam: 50%
・Take care existing clients in Malaysia, Philippines and Singapore: 50%
・Communicate with HQ overseas sales department
・Report sales activity to Japanese Director
・Business trip: Domestic 1-2 times a month, Overseas once per two months
・There is possibility to have training in Japan or China for 1-2 months ( Considering)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Qualification: College Diploma
・Language Skills: Japanese Business Level
English conversation Level
・Gender: Any
・Age: 28-35
・+3 years’ B to B sales experience at manufacturing company or trading company
・Has knowledge of Plastics
・Have exp, of working in Japanese company


<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・English Business Level
・International Sales experience
・Have exp. of sales of Industrial products

<Schedule>
・Number of interview: 2
・Expected joining date: January or February (depend on CDD)
・1st round: 2 Japanese manager
2nd round: 2 Japanese manager and Vietnamese staff
