<Job Responsibilities>
Overlook POs and control the whole procedure of Garment production including:
・Delivery Control through setting Deadline in system, controlling material
schedule, planning production lines and production progress.
・Understand and analysis factory In-house Data for QCD control.
・Supervise & coach team members to achieve Company policy & target.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Any. Age: 30 - 45
- Qualification: Bachelor degree
- Language: English business level
- At least 8 years experience in Quality Control, Production Management in Apparel/ Textile/ Garment
- Business trip by bus/airplane to factory in Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand every week.

<Preferable Requirements >
- Majors related to apparel industry
- Chinese/ Japanese is advantage
