<Job Responsibilities>
* Manage and perform operation of HR - GA Department:
- Calculate salary, social insurance for employees
- Be responsible for training, recruiting, labor contracts
- Carry out procedures related to foreign workers such as work permits, temporary residence cards,...
- Set up quality goals and performance plan annually
- Update relevant laws and apply for the company, update company's regulations.
- Perform ISO tasks of HR - GA Department
- Make monthly report, build budget management
- Other tasks are assigned by line Manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Any
- Age: 28 - 35
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or above
- Experience: More than 5 years experience in Human Resource including 2 - 3 years at Assistant Manager or Manager Level.
- Language: Japanese - Business Level (N3 or N2 Level)
