System Engineer (SAP B1) - IT

<Job Responsibilities>
- Advise customers on industry/ cross‐industry leading practices. Advise clients on SAP (System Applications and Products) recommended processes and functions
- Design target state SAP solutions and present it to clients. Influence clients' thinking in adopting leading/ standard practices while developing target state
- Analyze application landscape to design interfaces to SAP solution
- Understand the business value can be brought to customer, advise the new solution to adapt with customer needs
- Perform SAP configuration and different types of tests (UT - Unit Testing, SIT - System Integration Testing, etc.,).
- Develop specifications for development of forms/ reports/ interfaces
- Support change management execution by developing training material, delivering training and supporting users post cutover
- Support end users on UAT - Users Acceptance Testing and product maintenance after Go‐live
- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholder.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Any. Age: 26 - 29
- Education: University Graduation
- Experience: Have at least 2 years experience with SAP B1 that join at least 2 SAP B1 projects from beginning until Go-live
- Well understand SAPB1’s functions (prefer Accounting) and SAP B1 architecture (server/client)
- Be able to write SQL queries in SAP B1 (Basic level)
- Be able to create project documents such as Business blueprint, Process flow, Design (layout/report/ add‐on)
- Language: English - More than Conversational Level (equivalent to 750 TOEIC- be able to communicate well)
- Good at pre-sales, consulting and deployment

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have experience with ERP system in HR Management
