<Job Responsibilities>
• Improve service retention ratio and turnover workshop
• Investigate and solve the market quality claim
• Visit dealers, clarify the issue there, and find solutions
• Handle customer complaints or any major incidents
• Develop feedback or complaints procedures for customers
• Manage service members and trainees
• Instruct staff and check their attitude and abilities
• Make efforts to improve working conditions for staff
• Join meeting with Managers and other members to discuss possible improvements for customer satisfaction
