<Job Responsibilities>
・Coordinate with domestic and overseas carrier, shipping agents & freight forwarders on transportation
and cargo warehousing & business documents
・Follow up export, import, overseas and domestic shipments to ensure timely delivery of cargo (including tracking overseas and domestic shipments progress and communicating with customers on delivery statuses)
・Coordinate with other department for shipment
・Prepare shipping documents complying to custom regulations
・Communicate with Sales and Production to ensure goods availability to be delivered as per customer's order
・Responsible for accounting and general affairs.
・Invoice creation, deposit / withdrawal, inventory management, performance report creation.
・Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Qualification: College Diploma
・Language Skills: Japanese Business Level (Having good communication & writing Email skill)
English conversation Level(Can reading ENG document, catalogs)
・Gender: Female
・Age: 25-30
・+3 years’ trading procedures experience at manufacturing company or Trading company
・Have working experience in Japanese company
・Advance PC Skill
