Work details
<Job Responsibilities>
・ Welcome guests to the company
・ Receive and send documents, letters, and goods through EMS / Grab
・ Receive phone calls
・ Save all contracts from suppliers and customers
・ Follow-up annual leaves of all HCM employees.
・ Contact Mai Linh, and Vina Sun to get bills or if there is any problem.
・ Contact the office lessee to get the bill, repairing lights (if any)
・ Contact with office service company (computer, photocopy…) (if any)
・ Print bill and VAT invoice of power charge (3 times/ month), telephone charge of HCM and Phu My factory.
・ Support documents for Ha Noi and Phu My
・ Order stationery, drinking water, printing name card, …
・ Collect all invoices, and PO from customers (Daloi, Linde, ….) every month
・ Be contactor and supporter in making work permits, temporary resident cards, and other relating documents for ex-pats coming to Vietnam, …
・ Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Age: 25 - 35 years old
・Gender: Female Prefer
・Education: College/ University graduation
・Language: Japanese - Conversational Level (equivalent to N3) OR English - Intermediate Level
・ Experience: Have around 1 year of experience working as an Admin Staff
・ Good organizing abilities
・ Great attention to detail
・ Good with numbers and figures
・ Reporting Skills, Deadline-Oriented
