<Job Responsibilities>
• Coordinate with Manager to design system/solution for providing to customer in the project
• Be responsible for communicating with product owner assistant in Japan and transferring requirements into the backlog for the development team.
• Research and build potential solutions for company that can easy to provide customer
• Research and build a framework for company so that members can work more effectively
• Make plans and train technical for members
• Act as a catalyst to resolve project problems and conflicts, and escalation when necessary.
• Ensure that impacted teams are involved and informed as early as possible in the project management process.
• Monitor team activities and corporate with the direct manager and other departments to solve issues if any.
• Push subordinates to implement the policy of the company.
• Orient the challenge for each subordinate following the team challenge.
• Make plans to develop skills of subordinates as the direct manager’s requirement.
• Monitor performance and coach subordinates in the development process, management skills and solving methods.
• Support pre-sales activities, including consulting, proposing solutions, and estimation.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Any
- Age: 27 - 40
- Education Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other IT-related fields.
- Language: Japanese - Business Level ( N2 or equivalent)
- Experience:
- Experience: 5~6 years’ experience as Software Developer, which includes 2 years experience as a BrSE
+ Experience with one of the following programming languages: Java, JavaScript, jQuery, etc (2 years)
+ Experience with one of the following database systems: MySQL, Postgres SQL, Oracle, MS SQL, etc (2 years)
+ Experience with one of the following development frameworks: J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, NodeJS, AngularJS, etc (2 years)
+ Experience with web system development (2 years)
- Others: Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, technical survey skills.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
• Japanese company experience is preferable
• Good working attitude.
• High responsibility and motivate team to achieve project goals.
