Japanese Speaking - Production Management

<Job Responsibilities>
・Be responsible for the production line management
・Manage production line workers' safety, work operation, and productivity
・Solve any problem occurring from the production line
・Create the production control plan and make sure members follow the plan
・Communicate with Japanese Managers in Japanese and deliver their message to the members in Vietnamese



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・College Diploma or Undergraduate Degree
・Age: 28 - 35 years old
・Gender: Male
・Having more than 3 years experience of managing production lines and workers in the mechanical industry
・Language: Japanese - Conversational Level (Be able to communicate with Japanese Manager)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Be able to read or draw 3D CAD
