SAP Basis Senior Consultant/Expert - IT Consulting

<Job Responsibilities>
- Join the internal (Company) or external (Customer) projects from inception to completion.
- Participate in establishing the strategic plan and security policies for Infrastructure & Architecture which shall be in alignment with the business of the company.
- Responsible for Architecture consultation, design, deployment. Ensure the installation in Infrastructure & Architecture system & Devices following to Information Security Policies.
- Assess the impact of IT industry trends on the current and future infrastructure of each project.
- Participate consultation sessions with the company's member/Customer to define infrastructure support initiatives and solutions for improving service efficiency and effectiveness.
- Responsible for day to day operations to ensure Services in respective areas shall be available in alignment with the business of the company and the services matching SLA.
- Manages hardware/software installation, maintenance and data recovery.
- Participate into the process to ensure DRP (Disaster Recovery’s Plan) and BCP (Business Continuity Plan) active in place.
- Ensure the infrastructure’s risks are mitigating, monitoring, and managing.
- Participate in the IT budget process.
- Responsible for the performance report in areas that include quality, capacity, systems and responsiveness.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology.
- Experience:
+ At least 5 years of IT experience for architecture consultation, design and deployment, systems lifecycle management, and infrastructure planning and operations.
+ Experience in areas such as network design and administration, data center operations, database administration, and systems programming and administration.
+ Understanding and experience working in ITIL tools (ITIL: Information Technology Infrastructure Library).
+ Good knowledge and experience SAP Basis.
+ Good knowledge and experience in Networking and Security.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- CCNA/CCNP certificate or equivalent knowledge is a plus.
- Experience working with some technologies such as:
+ Window Server, Window Cluster
+ AD/DNS/DHCP/ADFS
+ VMware/Hyper-V
+ Azure/AWS
+ Enterprise backup and storage

<Others>
- Good communication both English and Vietnamese.
- Strong interpersonal skills, good teamwork player.
