QA/ QC Group Leader - Manufacturing

<Job Responsibilities>
- To establish and maintain Quality Management System.
- To build QA/QC system, and guide operation for the new production line.
- To work directly in the production process, use measuring machines, and improve product quality.
- To set standards and support to improve the quality of the products.
- To collect quality information, data processing, and the extension of quality information.
- To improve continuously the Quality Management System, and remedy and prevent quality problems.
- In charge of internal assessment, and quality assessment of suppliers.
- Others jobs are assigned by the Head of the department to support the team and other departments when necessary.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Male only
- Age: 25 - 35
- Education Background: Bachelor’s Degree, major in Engineering or Quality Management
- Language: English - Intermediate Level (Good at communication and reporting)
- Experience:
+ Have from 3 years of working experience in managing and maintaining a quality management system in manufacturing companies
+ Experience in quality assessment, internal audit, and supplier assessment.
- Good at the office computer.
- Be careful and timely at work.
- Cooperative spirit and high responsibility, trustworthiness, and teamwork.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Prefer candidates having good Japanese skill
- Experience in a Japanese manufacturing company is preferred
- Candidates residing in Dong Nai and surrounding areas.
