<Job Responsibilities>
Operation duties:
- Oversee overall project status. Follow up with other departments, clients and suppliers to arrange payment on time.
- Control and resolve banking affairs
- Receive information about overtime work, allowances and other related information from employees; send to VAC for preparing payroll
- Control financial situation and advice to director/manager if there is any difficulty occur.
- Other works involves with company matters: arranging cars, taxi,
Accounting duties:
- Follow up contracts, invoices and payments with clients and suppliers
- Send invoices and information to accounting service company every month, compare and correct mistakes that may occur.
- Making monthly sales sheets (income, cost, P/L) and other related reports to director and accounting department in Japan
*They use an external accounting service company to handle financial report.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 27~30 years old.
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or similar fields.
・Language: Business level - Japanese (N2 or above)
・Good verbal and written in Japanese
・Time management skills
・Ability to work independently and in a team.
・MS Office skills
・Experience:
+ At least 2-3 years experiences as accountant in trading company
<Preferable experience>
・Have good knowledge of Import process &Trading business
