• Lead and deliver all recruitment needs of the company countrywide (Ha Noi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho)
• Recruiting for all job levels and all functions
• Setup the strategic plan for people agenda, talent acquisition, pipeline, branding….
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Age: 25-30
• Gender: Any
• Language skills: English - Business Level
• Educational background: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR or related field.
• Experience:
+ At least 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Leader/ Assistant Manager
+ Able to work with stakeholders as consultants not as recruiter.
