<Job Responsibilities>
- Join Toolbox meeting and related Minutes of Meetings if any.
- Review Q&A, and Request Information from subcontractors
- Review Method of statements, Material submission, Shop Drawing,... of subcontractor based on standard, and specification.
- Carry out Incoming material inspection as approved.
- Supervise and monitor M&E site installation including safety issue of subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and schedule.
- Co-ordinate with related parties such as Civil, Consultant, Client, and Local Authority,...to proceed with site work smoothly.
- Assisting in executing temporary work in M&E portion.
- Execute the site inspections, Testing, Commissioning, and Hand-over work in related projects in M&E portion.
- Assessment Work done of subcontractors for payment.
- Carry out maintenance work in the Defect Liability Period (DLP) stage if necessary.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Any
- Age: 25 - 30
- Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree
- Language Skill: English - Intermediate Level (From TOEIC 600)
- Experience:
+ Having at least 3 years of working experience as an Electrical Engineer in main contractor companies
+ Having working experience in Japanese companies
- Others:
+ Well understand the regulations related to quality management the construction works
+ Willing to work under high pressure at the site
+ Positive attitude, responsible and hard-working
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Additional license or certification will be an advantage
