<Job Responsibility>
i) Reporting to C&I Manager or to QC Manager, to Assist the managers in day-to-day duties and tasks related to the administration of the works
ii) Support the QA/QC and C&I Managers in regard to all administrative work regarding Quality or Construction, including documents and letters issuance;
iii) Assist the Site / QC Engineers in their regular reporting duties and ensure the regular delivery of the Site / QC Records from the Engineers.
iv) Translation of Vietnamese/English document to English/Vietnamese document, and checking the document quality.
v) To manage and maintain updated calibration records of the equipment used on-site and on all Quality activities;
vi) To manage Quality Records, including their compilation and storage;
vii) Manage and monitor all internal and external C&I submissions
viii) Manage the achieve and assure that QC Records are correctly preserved, maintained updated, accurate and retrievable;
ix) To compile the data, and storage, to maintain updated and accurate QC traceability tables assuring their effectiveness;
x) Document control and document preparation for submission to third parties or internally.
xi) Interpreter and preparation of meeting minutes during the meeting with third parties.
xii) Provide central coordination for the weekly “Permit to Work” applications in readiness for the weekly review meeting and issue the permits once decided by the Construction Team.
xiii) Provide central coordination for the daily applications and issue the documents once decided by the Construction / Quality team.
xiv) Assist the C&I / QC Management with the planning and allocation of resources
xv) Any works and documentation necessary for the execution of the Project, which the assigned immediate supervisor/manager instructs.
xvi) Assist Managers, Engineers and Staffs who are working for the Project under the company in regard to all administrative work such as preparation of documents/letters/reports, handling/controlling
data, and others where/when instructed through line manager.

・Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
・Language skills: English - Business Level
・Experience: At least 3 years of working experience in construction contractors, preferably from foreign contractors
as project secretary/ admin/ Assistant or equivalent;
