Japanese speaking - Business Analyst - IT

It acts as a bridge between Japanese clients and Vietnamese engineers in application and web service development projects.
BA is required to create specifications, communicate specifications to PMs and engineers, and have the ability to communicate and adjust with clients in Japanese.

<Job Responsibilities>
-Build good relationships with clients
-Scrutiny of requirements from clients and proposal of specifications to clients
-Creating specifications in Japanese or English
-Explanation of understood specifications to Vietnamese engineers
-Questions and answers between client ⇔ BA and BA ⇔ engineer
-Progress of projects for team members to move efficiently (client control)
- Project schedule creation and progress management (PM assistance)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 23-30
・Gender: Any
・Education Background: College’s degree and above
・Language Skills: Japanese - Business Level N2 & above and English: Intermediate Level
・Experience:
- Have at least 6-month of experience working as a Business Analyst using Japanese

- Fresher with Japanese - N1 level, studied in Japan
