<Job duties>
The Production Manager will be the bridge between the company and workers; he will work directly with the workers and treat them with the way to help them improve in works. The main responsibility is make sure the workflow in factory is smooth by arranging manpower, keeping track on the activities of machinery and the other matters can be arisen.
- Achieves production employees results by communicating job requirement, planning,
supervising and evaluate job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Human Resources managing by joining hiring process, shortlisting, selecting, training and
developing employees, conducting the staff annual appraisal process.
- Ensures the smooth workflow by supervising the procedure; follow and propose the standard;
observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; strong focusing
on cost saving
- Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results;
establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting
results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of
all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies
and procedures.
- Maintains working relationship with the union by following the terms of the collective
bargaining agreement.
- Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions.

- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Experience:
+ At least 5 years experience as Production Manager in Food manufacturing company

- Strong computer skills including MS word, Excel, Outlook.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Can work well under pressure and meet deadline
<Preferable skills/experience>
- Candidate is living in Tan Uyen, Binh Duong
- Experience in instant noodle (especially in noodle line) is an advantage
