Project Manager - Construction

<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Ensure that project runs smoothly and is hand-over to customers sufficiently and correctly, in accordance with requirements, and make
customers are satisfied with the products
- Ensure that project works effectively with targets given by Construction Department

<Job Responsibilities>
- Organize project implementation (planning, implementation, monitoring) to ensure the required outputs from departments and companies
- Plan, schedule, and implement projects
- Manage the budget
- Manage required tasks, equipment, and resources to deliver the project within the allocated timeline
- Keep a good business relationship with the customer
- Join the procurement process, and select subcontractors to do the project

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor degree in Electrical field
・Age: 35~40
・Gender: Male only
・Language: English Conversational level
・Experience: Having more than 10 years of experience in project management and construction supervision in the construction field
・Knowledge: Having knowledge of MEP

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Willing to work on documentation (report)
・English business level
