Safety and Environmental Supervisor

<Job Responsibilities>
◇ Work for Environment
- Monitoring, quarterly environmental monitoring reports.
- Keep track of hazardous waste sources, transport them to the garbage
- Supervise hygiene, waste classification of the plant and ensure the contractor collects waste according to the planned plan.
- Supervise the inspection of waste water index and ensure the standard compliance test result and prepare periodic reports on waste source management..
- Propose and implement programs and activities to raise employees' awareness about health, environment, and safety issues.
- Responsible for implementing environmental issues such as pollution prevention and reduction of environmental impacts including Climate Change, Energy Efficiency, Water Stewardship, Waste Management
- To run environmental compliance program especially waste water and chemical management

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age: 28- 40
- Gender: Female
- Language: Business level Japanese OR English
- More than 3 years' experience in Environmental supervisor position in Manufacturing factory
- Have good knowledge of Safety & Environment & labor
- Person who can work flexibly

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having knowledge of ISO
- Having working experiences in Japanese factory (knowledge of 5S rule) is better
- Working experience as manager
- Graduated from College or higher specialized in Environment and Chemical.
