<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Devise and implement full spectrum of HR, Admin, and EHS Development plans for the whole Branch to cope with operation needs and future development.
- Develop, modify and implement HQ’s Human Resources policies and procedures to fit with company needs.
<Responsibility>
1. Manpower Planning and Control:
- Prepare yearly manpower budgets.
- Forecast future manpower deficits and surpluses and recommend strategic plans for maintaining optimal staffing level to cope with operational needs.
2. Recruitment:
- Expedite recruitment of management staff
- Maintain an updated and complete set of job descriptions and job specifications for each position in the company.
3. Employee Benefits:
- Review and develop a comprehensive remuneration package including bonuses, medical coverage, retirement benefits, and staff facilities to ensure that it is competitive enough to retain/attract existing staff/applicants.
4. Performance Appraisal:
- Administer employee appraisal system for all staff.
- Review the current performance of each staff, identify training needs to bridge and develop staff with potential.
5. Employment Relations / Communications:
- Provide adequate communication channels and counseling services to staff. Staff Training and Development:
- Advise training team leader in planning, designing, and implementing the following training activities:
- Training needs analysis, program proposal, design, and delivery.
- Annual training plan and budget.
- Planning and monitoring Trainers Scheme activities.
6. Environment, Health, and Safety:
- Manage & control Environment activities
- Closely monitor the quality of services of the staff clinic.
- Devise and implement company safety policies and procedures.
7. Admin
- Supervising day-to-day operations of the Admin
- Managing smooth operation of the canteen, security, Company vehicles, cleaning, gardening, office supplies, uniform, etc.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Female Prefer
- Age: 35 - 45
- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree, major in Personnel Management / Business Administration or Social Sciences
- Language: English - Business Level
- Experience: At least 5 years of working experience working as HR-GA Manager in manufacturing companies
- Others:
+ Good knowledge of manufacturing operations and personnel practices and procedures
+ Conversant with labor laws and employment ordinances
+ Solid experience in Environmental, Health and Safety position
+ Good marketing connection with recruitment sources, strong management, and interpersonal skills. Mature, tactful, innovative, progressive, pleasant, and outgoing personality
<Prefered Conditions>
- Prefer candidates who are over 37
- Candidates with experience as HRM in foreign manufacturing companies are high priority
