<Job Responsibilities>
- Calculate costing, make quotations
- Negotiate & deal with customers/suppliers to adjust the price
- Listen to customer feedback, then discuss internally, solve the problem, and improve productivity as much as possible.
- Handle in case of damaged goods: make strategy and agreement with both sides Customers & Suppliers. Then manage documents related to insurance, and arrange supplementary goods for customers.
- Follow Sell Order/ Purchase Order
- Manage stock for making delivery plan for periodic Customers & confirming with Forwarders for real stock at the end of the month
- Check and confirm with Forwarders about their Debit Notes for the logistic fee of the previous month
- Check & confirm vendor's docs, Arrival Notice, Freight, and invoice from Shipping Forwarder
- Arrange schedules & make shipment documents & make weekly shipment schedule
<Requirement>
- Gender: Female only
- Age: 24 - 32
- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree, major in Economics/ Trading/ Import-Export
- Experience: At least 2 years of working experience as a Sales Coordinator/ Sales Admin/ Sales Assistant or Import - Export Staff in any industry
- Language: Japanese - Business Level and English - Conversational Level
<Preferable Skills>
- Having working experience in Japanese companies and knowing Japanese culture
- High Priority for candidates who are strong at Import - Export
