<Job Responsibilities>
Operation duties:
- Oversee overall project status. Follow up with other departments, clients and suppliers to arrange payment on time.
- Control financial situation and advice to director/manager if there is any difficulty occur.
- Other works involves with company matters cars, taxi,
Accounting duties:
- Follow up contracts, invoices and payments with clients and suppliers.
- Send invoices and information to the accounting service company every month, compare and correct mistakes that may occur.
- Making monthly sales sheets (income, cost, P/L) and other related reports to director and accounting department in Japan.
Note: Company uses accounting service company to handle financial report.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or similar fields
・Gender: Female
・Age: Under 27 years old
・Working knowledge of MS Office.
・Having time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines; Ability to work
independently and in a team.
・Experience: Having 2-3 years experiences as similar role
