<Job Responsibilities>
・Responsible for quality control of the factory
・Measure and determination dimensions using measuring microscopes and other measuring equipment
・Visit customers and listen to customer feedback on quality
・Prepare data on quality
・Prepare and respond to quality audits
・Other related work assigned by the Japanese Director and Japanese Manager

In the future
・ISO acquisition
・Directing and managing factory staff

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Female prefer
・Age: 26-30
・Education: Not required
・Language: English conversational level (Be able to read the drawing)
・Experience: Having more than 2 years experience of Quality control in the Metal machine parts manufacturing industry
・Can go to the factory by yourself

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Having experience as a technical trainee in Japan
・Having experience in Japanese company
・Having working experience in Pneumatic control parts or automotive parts or industrial sewing machine parts industry

<Personality>
・Good communicator, cheerful personality.
・Willing to learn new things
