SCM System IT Staff - Apparel

<Job Responsibilities>
・ Analyzing SCM business process and system operation to identify issues and come up with a plan to solve it
・ Building the ideal system platform with group companies in Shanghai and Japan
・ Supporting our business team and 3PL Production factories and 3PL trading forwarders in Vietnam to utilize the system.
・ Improving systems continuously based on feedback from users and your own ideas.

<Necessary skill/ Experience >
- Gender: Any
- Age: 25 - 35
- Education Background: College Degree or above
- Language: English - Business Level
- Experience:
・ At least 3 years of working experience as an IT Business Analyst or System Engineer for SCM
・ Experience for working as a team member of global projects
- Others:
・ Excellent system and business analysis skills to define the business requirements and negotiate with various departments and stakeholders.
・ Problem-finding/solving skills to improve system, operation, and business workflow.
・ Knowledge of Trading or familiar with SPA operation flow
・ Knowledge of Production industry or Retail industry
・ Open to challenges and has the ability of independent thinking.

<Preferable Skills>
- Prefer candidates who are good at Japanese or Chinese
