<Position Objective/Expectation >
-Mange accounting department at startup hotels
<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for Accounting - Auditing - Tax activities of the Company;
- Monitor the financial status of account receivable/payable in accordance with the financial regime of the government and company regulations
- Analyze reports, then capture fluctuations in revenue, expenses, debts, money to promptly offer solutions to control costs according to the proposed plan;
- Control and manage the process of bookkeeping, entry of accounting data, accounting of payment entries, asset inventory processes, financial reporting processes, balance sheets as well.
- Responsible for the accounting department including internal controls, product, budget, payment and investment
- Monitor the implementation of the related monthly, periodical reports, tax declaration and tax issues resolution such as VAT, FCT, PIT, CIT, etc…
- Implement training and build a team of accounting - tax staff in the Company;
- Develop processes, forms related to accounting - tax, finance;
- Advising the Board of Directors on the improvement of the financial, accounting and tax management system of the Company;
- Perform transactions with the bank;
- Coordinate and work with the Auditing, Inspection - Tax Examination Teams, and other related specialized Inspection - Inspection delegations;
- Other tasks requested by the Board of Directors.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・Age 40y-50y
・Gender Any
・Having over 5 years' experience in Accounting Manager in the Hotel Service or related service industry of foreign companies
・Chief Accountant certificate
・Good command of English - Speaking/Writing/Listening
・Have set up experience for the pre-opening stage in the Hospitality industry (Hotel/ Service apart)
・Strong leadership and management skill
・Good PC Skill

・Come from foreign operation companies or enterprise is more preferable
