<Job description>
1. Daily monitor whether the operation of all projects going well through direct subordinates based on annual operation plan
2. Inspect project periodically to find problem to prevent accidents
3. Supervise the project to improve our service quality
4. Coordinate with other divisions to solve the problems together
5. Report and suggest the measurement to Japanese Director or Board of Directors
6. Do training and education of Direct management position to raise their management skill
<Necessary Experience/Skills>
- Gender: Any
- Age: 40-50 years old
- Education Background: Graduated from University in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, Accounting and Building Management.
- Language skills: English - Business Level
- Experience:
• More than 10 years of experience in property management business (Building, Apartment, Hotel) for various projects at once, and more than 5 years as Senior Manager/Director Level
• Have knowledge in basic laws: land regulation, real estate business, housing, construction and relevant to real estate management.
• Certificate of building management
