<Job Responsibilities>
- Receive, check and control accounting documents such as VAT invoices, declarations, and contracts…
- Record, calculate and reflect accurately, truthfully, promptly, and fully all arising economic operations into accounting software such as accounting for income, expenses, depreciation of fixed assets, debts, other operations, VAT ... according to the provisions of accounting and current tax regimes and policies.
- Make reports submitted to tax authorities according to regulations, including monthly, quarterly and yearly reports such as: PIT reports, reports on the use of invoices, and financial statements... under the control of GA Manager and General Director
- Directly work with tax authorities when arising.
- Check and reconcile the debt of each customer and supplier
- Receive, check payments and account for revenue and expenditure, summarizing daily revenue
- Check, compare and update the system of accounting books, receivable and payable.
- Always update the accounting regime, accounting standards, and legal documents on accounting and tax to disseminate to accountants the operating parts; Ensure transactions are recorded in accordance with the current accounting regime and laws.
- Prepare tax reports, understand tax accounting, and statistical reports
- Prepare inventory reports, and understand product norms in production.
- Transactions with banks: get supplementary books, UNC, UNT, Debt report, credit report...
- Strictly manage the company's finances accurately and reasonably.
- Maintain documents and records according to regulations.
- Prepare internal reports at the request of the board of directors
- Perform other tasks as they arise according to the contract appendix and as assigned by the Board of Directors from time to time
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree, major in Accounting, Auditing or Finance
- Experience:
+ Have at least 4 years of experience working as an Accountant
+ Proficient in using accounting software tools such as MISA, FAST, 3Tsoft,… and office word, excel…
- Language: English or Japanese - Business Level
- Others:
+ Having good accounting knowledge, understanding of accounting operations, terms, regulations, and working principles in an accounting position.
+ Ability to manage, organize and arrange work in a reasonable and scientific manner
+ Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills to exchange work with departments, the Board of Directors as well as present financial statements to the BOD in a clear and coherent manner.
+ Detail, careful as well as high quality of honesty.
