<Job Responsibilities>
- Establishing and controlling technological processes for production.
- Establish a system to prevent and review the causes of product quality degradation.
- Building processes and implementing processes for developing new models.
- Set norms and control norm of the factory.
- Advise senior management on relevant issues in the factory.
- Managing operations of technical & QA department, lab room, inspection room & chemical warehouses.
- Create good relationships with other departments and divisions in the company.
